Presentation of the baby
With this ultrasound we can check the position the baby is lying in. At 36 weeks, we expect your baby to lay head down. During your pregnancy, the midwife will feel your belly to check this. Sometimes it’s not clear what position your baby is in. In this case, an ultrasound can be made. If your baby is breech (buttocks down), the midwife will discuss with you what this means.
